Lunch and Learn Mindfulness session
1 hour – £75
Create enthusiasm and interest in mindfulness for well being with this lunch and learn session. We’ll discuss the neuroscience behind mindfulness, how it works and how to get started with mindfulness, as well as sampling a short meditation together.
Introduction to Mindfulness workshop
Half day – £250
This is a great way to re-establish balance during stressful periods and give employees a much-needed break from their everyday pressures. I will provide a more detailed introduction to mindfulness that includes:
- Practical mindful exercises and meditations
- More detailed mindfulness concepts
- Mindful techniques to improve workplace well being
Weekly Rest and Restore meditation
45 minutes – £75 per session (or £6 per person if employees pay themselves)
Provide space to pause and reflect with a weekly meditation session that will allow your team to rest body and mind; and restore mental clarity, mood and resilience. Suitable for groups up to 30, this short session will include meditation and a short reflection on a different mindfulness theme each week.
8 week course Mindfulness for Stress & Resilience
8 x 2 hour sessions – £140 per person (suitable for 8-20 people)
If you want to embed a mindful culture within your team and provide them with the skills to live more mindful lives, then the 8 week course is the best way to do that. Following the renowned ‘Breathworks’ curriculum, we will spend time in each session:
- Practicing meditation
- Learning mindfulness concepts and applying them in practical ways to everyday life
- Creating new, healthier habits
Sessions can be held weekly or fortnightly. Home practice is required between sessions but audio recordings and home practice books will be provided to support this.
Mindful Clarity Workshop
Half day – £350
If you want to think more widely and creatively about your strategy and goals, then a mindful clarity workshop will help you do this. After taking your brief, I will design and facilitate a session that balances thinking and decision making with meditation and breath work to free up and improve your creativity and mental clarity. So often, our thinking becomes rigid and closed down when our mind is over worked and over full. Creating space and using our brain differently through the techniques I share with you will unlock greater potential in your vision.
Bespoke Retreat days
One day – Price on consultation (starting at £750)
Create a restful and rejuvenating away day for your team with a mindful day retreat. After chatting about your team and requirements, I will design a bespoke retreat day that comprises mindful and creative exercises. We can focus purely on rest and relaxation or make it more reflective, if you would like to use the time for strategy development or goal setting as well. Where appropriate, I can also bring in colleagues with skills in other areas such as yoga for example.
