Through mindfulness we can reduce stress, improve our well-being and happiness and live the life we have to it’s fullest. For many it is life enhancing and for some, it is life changing. No matter your stage of life or your vocation, mindfulness can bring healthy contentment and reduce suffering.
I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness through classes, workshops and one-to-one coaching. I mainly run classes in Leeds and occasionally in the wider Yorkshire area.
I’m an accredited mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and have also trained with Shamash Alidina. As a teacher, my own practice is a key part of my skillset – I can’t bring peace to you without peace in my own life. As well as daily meditation practice and Qi Gong, I also commit to annual meditation retreats and ongoing training to ensure my skills are up to date.
